Our Kaupapa

We exist to provide care and build community for students through accommodation. Why? So that when our students finish at Wintec, they’ve achieved academically, they’ve made lifelong friends, and they’ve grown through positive life experiences mixing and living with residents from many different cultures, so they go out into the world work-ready to thrive in global market.

“Our aim is to create a culture and community that supports our residents and ensures that when they leave us they’ve been successful with their studies, successful with their social lives, and leave with a wealth of great experiences and a have become more well-rounded persons than when they came to us.” - Trust General Manager, Martin Thomas
